What it is
Lead Statistics is the money report. It takes every lead in a date range and totals it up by source, by worker, by area, by service type and more, so you can see which parts of the business are actually making a profit.
You open it from the left menu: Reports›Statistic Reports. (It is also listed as a card on the Reports page.) The page title reads Lead Statistics. If your company renamed "Leads" to something else, such as "Jobs", the page and its column names use your wording instead.
1. Filters card
Collapsed by default. Click Show filters to set the date range and narrow the report.
2. Overview tab
Headline numbers and charts: revenue, profit, done rate, cancel rate, trend over time, top sources and top performers.
3. Breakdown tabs
Thirteen tables that split the same leads by source, worker, area, hour, day and more, each with a TOTAL row at the bottom.
4. Exports
Download PDF at the top right of the page, and Export CSV on each breakdown tab.
When to use it
- Deciding where to spend advertising money. The Sources tab shows revenue and profit per ad source, not just lead count.
- Reviewing a worker or a whole crew. The Field Worker tab shows jobs done, revenue, cost and profit per person.
- Checking a city, area or ZIP before you expand. Use the Area, Cities, States and Zip Codes tabs.
- Setting staffing hours. The Hourly and Day of Week tabs show when jobs actually come in.
- Comparing this week to last week, or this year to last year. Use the Compare to filter, or the Compare Periods button for a side-by-side table.
- Finding out why cancellations went up. The Status tab and the Cancelled % column show it per source or per worker.
If you only want a list of the individual leads rather than totals, use the Lead Report instead. If you want phone call numbers, use the Call Analytics report.
Before you start
- You need Reports access. An admin grants this at Settings›Team Roles›Main Access›Reports & Billing›Reports. Without it, Statistic Reports does not appear in the left menu.
- Leads need a price on them. Revenue, profit and average sale come from the amounts entered on each lead. Leads with no amount count toward lead volume but add $0 to revenue.
- Your statuses should be set up. Done rate and cancel rate follow your own status list — see Lead Statuses.
- Ad sources, service types, service areas and field workers should be filled in on leads. A blank field puts the lead in an unnamed bucket, which makes a breakdown tab look wrong when nothing is actually wrong.
Step-by-step
1. Open the report
- In the left menu, click Reports.
- Click Statistic Reports.
- The page opens on the Overview tab.
2. Set the date range and the date basis
- Click Show filters on the Filters card to open it.
- Under Date Range, pick a preset (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Year, Last Year, or a single year), or choose Custom and pick two dates on the calendar.
- Under Filter by, choose which date the report should use: Created Date, Scheduled Date or Closed Date. The report starts on Closed Date, which counts a lead in the period it was finished, not the period it came in.
- Under Compare to, choose what the "vs" numbers on the Overview cards compare against: Previous period, Week over week, or Year over year. It starts on Week over week.
Which date basis should I pick?
- Created Date — how many leads came in. Best for judging advertising.
- Scheduled Date — what was booked onto the calendar for those days.
- Closed Date — what was actually finished and earned. Best for revenue and payroll conversations.
3. Narrow it down (optional)
Still in the Filters card, use any of these. Each one lets you tick more than one option at a time, and they all work together:
- Service Type — the kind of work requested
- Status — one or more of your lead statuses
- Ad Source — where the lead came from
- Field Worker — the person assigned to the job
- Service Area — the coverage zone
- Dispatcher — the office agent who created the lead
- Assigned Office Agent — the office agent the lead is assigned to
For anything more specific, click Advanced Filters at the bottom of the card, then Add Filter. Each rule is a field, a comparison and a value (for example Total Amount ($) · Greater Than · 500), and rules are joined with AND. Available fields include Status, Sub Status, Service Type, Field Worker, Service Area, Call Group, Ad Source, Tag, City, State, Postal Code, Total Amount, Field Worker Cost, Created By, Scheduled Date and Created Date, plus any custom fields your company added. Clear All removes every rule.
The collapsed Filters card shows a badge with the number of active filters and the date range in use, so you can see at a glance what is applied.
4. Read the Overview
- Check the four big cards: Total Revenue, Net Profit, Conversion Rate and Cancel Rate. Each shows a green or red arrow versus the comparison period and the previous figure underneath.
- Check the six small cards: Total Leads, Completed, In Progress, Avg Sale, Avg Profit and Days Period.
- Look at Lead Performance Trends for the shape of the period, and switch the grouping with the Hour, Day, Week and Month buttons in its top-right corner.
- Look at Revenue & Profit Analysis, Status Distribution, Top Sources and Top Performers down the right side.
5. Open a breakdown tab
- Click any tab across the top, for example Sources or Field Worker.
- Click a column heading to sort by it. Click again to flip between highest-first and lowest-first.
- Read the bold TOTAL row at the bottom for the whole-period figure.
- To hide columns you do not need, click Columns and untick them. Uncheck All clears them in one go.
6. Export it
- On a breakdown tab, click Export CSV to download that table (including the totals row) as a spreadsheet file.
- Anywhere on the page, click Download PDF at the top right for a formatted report: the headline numbers, both charts, top sources, top performers, and a chart plus a table of the tab you currently have open.
How to check it worked
- The Filters card summary line matches what you intended — it shows the date range and the date basis, for example Jan 1, 2026 - Jan 31, 2026 · Closed date.
- Total Leads on the Overview matches the All Leads figure in the TOTAL row of a breakdown tab for the same filters.
- Done plus Open plus Cancelled in the TOTAL row adds up to All Leads.
- The exported CSV opens in your spreadsheet program with the same rows and the same TOTAL line you saw on screen. The file is named after the tab and today's date, for example sources-2026-01-31.csv.
- If a table says No data available, that is the report working correctly and telling you nothing matched — widen the date range or clear a filter.
Common mistakes
- Forgetting the report starts on Closed Date and this week. Fresh leads that have not been finished yet will not appear. Switch Filter by to Created Date when you want incoming volume.
- Comparing revenue while a filter is still on. Every number on the page, including the charts and the comparison figures, respects the filters. Open the Filters card and check the "active" badge before you quote a number to anyone.
- Expecting Compare Periods to work on every tab. The side-by-side comparison is built for Sources, Field Worker, Area, Dispatcher, Call Group, Service Types, Cities and States. On Day of Week, Hourly, Monthly and Status it falls back to showing source figures, so use it from one of the tabs above.
- Sorting the Zip Codes tab and trusting the top row. That tab loads 50 ZIP codes at a time, ordered by lead count. Clicking a heading re-sorts only the 50 rows on screen, not every ZIP code you have.
- Reading Avg Sale as an average of all leads. Avg Sale and Avg Profit are per completed job, not per lead.
- Blaming the report for blank rows. An empty or oddly named row usually means the ad source, service type or area was never filled in on those leads. Fix it on the leads, or set defaults in Settings.
- Clicking Download PDF while the page is still loading. The button is greyed out until the numbers finish loading, and you will see a message asking you to try again in a moment.

What the Overview tab shows
Headline cards
- Total Revenue — money billed in the period, with the change versus the comparison period and the previous total underneath.
- Net Profit — revenue minus costs, with your profit margin percentage.
- Conversion Rate — the share of leads that reached a done status, shown as "done out of total".
- Cancel Rate — the share that was cancelled. Here a downward move is shown in green, because fewer cancellations is better.
Small cards
- Total Leads — all leads in the period, with the change versus the comparison period.
- Completed — leads finished.
- In Progress — leads still open.
- Avg Sale — average revenue per completed job.
- Avg Profit — average profit per completed job.
- Days Period — how many days your date range covers.
Charts
- Lead Performance Trends — leads, done and cancelled over time. Group it by Hour, Day, Week or Month. The report picks a sensible grouping for you when you change the date range.
- Revenue & Profit Analysis — revenue and profit bars over the same period.
- Status Distribution — a ring chart of your statuses with a scrollable list of counts.
- Top Sources — your five biggest ad sources by lead count.
- Top Performers — your five highest-earning field workers by revenue.
The breakdown tabs
Every tab shows the same leads, sliced a different way:
- Day of Week — Sunday through Saturday, so you can see your busiest days. Days with no leads are left out.
- Hourly — by hour of the day, labelled 12 AM through 11 PM. Hours with no leads are hidden.
- Monthly — month by month across the range.
- Status — one row per lead status.
- Sources — one row per ad source.
- Field Worker — one row per worker. If your company renamed that role, the tab uses your name for it.
- Area — one row per service area.
- Dispatcher — one row per office agent who created leads.
- Call Group — one row per phone line group the lead came through.
- Service Types — one row per type of work.
- Cities, States, Zip Codes — where the work is. Zip Codes shows 50 at a time with Previous and Next buttons and a "showing X of Y" count.
The Day of Week, Hourly and Monthly tables fill in lead counts, done counts and money columns; the open, cancelled and parts columns are blank on those three because they are not broken out by time.
Columns in the breakdown tables
Click Columns above any table to show or hide these. The count in the button, for example Columns (13), tells you how many are currently on.
- All Leads — every lead in that row
- Done — leads finished
- Open — leads still running
- Cancelled — leads cancelled
- Cancelled % — cancelled share of that row
- Done % — finished share of that row
- Gross Amount — total money billed
- Field Worker Cost — what you paid the worker (named after your own role wording)
- Company Parts — parts the company paid for (also renameable)
- % Parts — parts cost as a share of gross
- Profit — what is left after those costs
- Avg Sale — gross divided by completed jobs
- Avg Profit — profit divided by completed jobs
A bold TOTAL row at the bottom adds up the whole table, and it is included when you export.
Comparing several periods side by side
- Open a breakdown tab such as Sources or Field Worker.
- Click Compare Periods.
- Choose Days, Weeks or Months in the dropdown next to it.
- Type how many periods you want in the small number box (between 2 and 12).
- The table now repeats your visible columns once per period, with the period name under each heading.
- Click Export CSV for a spreadsheet with one column per metric per period, or Exit Compare to go back.
This is separate from the Compare to filter. Compare to drives the "vs last week" style arrows on the Overview cards; Compare Periods builds a wide table so you can watch a source or a worker across several weeks or months at once.
Saved views
- Set the report up exactly how you want it.
- In the Filters card, click Save view.
- Type a name, for example Leads by source this month, and click Save view again.
- Come back later and pick it from the Saved views dropdown.
A saved view remembers the date range, the comparison setting, the date basis, every filter and advanced rule, which tab was open, the sort order and which columns were showing. Saved views are yours alone — teammates do not see them — and they follow you to any device you sign in on.
When the report exactly matches a saved view, its name appears as a badge and a small trash icon appears next to Save view to delete it. Saving over an existing name replaces that view.

Top right of the page. You get a printable report: the headline numbers, the trend chart, the revenue and profit chart, top sources, top revenue performers, and a chart plus a short table (up to 12 rows, showing name, leads, done, revenue and profit) for whichever tab you have open. The date range, date basis and the time you generated it are printed at the top. Saved as lead-statistics-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf.
Export CSV
On each breakdown tab. Exports every row of that table plus the TOTAL line, using all thirteen columns. Saved as the tab name plus today's date, for example call-groups-2026-01-31.csv.
